THE DISTRICT – Andy Reynolds, a former deputy of science and technology advisor to the secretary of state, sold 12 Logan Circle NW for $2.9 million to an undisclosed buyer. The 1883 mansion is one of the few remaining original structures in the historic neighborhood. The classic Federal brick row house includes original pocket doors, fireplaces, wood shutters and floors. Washington Fine Properties’ Kimberly Casey represented the seller, also of Washington Fine Properties, represented the buyer.
