This Week’s Find: One of the First Lofts in Logan

This Week’s Find is a 2,500-square-foot loft in Logan Circle that, when it was built in 1991, was part of one of the first loft-style condo projects built in DC. The two-bed, 2.5-bath loft at 1309 P Street NW (map) recently hit the private market with an asking price of $1.5 million. The six-unit building, designed by Milton Shinberg of ABS Architects, has upper-level lofts with 16-foot ceilings and living spaces divided across two floors, but Mowbray opted to combine the two lower-level units to create one large, open unit. This one-of-a-kind property is listed by Kimberly Casey.
