Graham’s corporate career had him on a plane every week for over a decade, as well as stints in the UK and Australia. The extensive travel provided him unique experiences and opportunities. It also cemented in him the importance of home.
Graham takes joy in helping people find the perfect home, be that for themselves or for an investment to make a home for others. Across his 20 years in DC he has lived in group houses, his own place, in community with formerly incarcerated individuals, and with his partner and their children. He has also personally invested in residential properties that span one-bedroom units for an individual to five bedroom family homes. In all cases, building a sense of place and community has been at the forefront of his focus. He brings that lens to every partnership with a buyer, wanting to truly understand their unique goals and needs to find the perfect home for them.
This mindset has also helped him successfully work with individuals and developers in framing their property most effectively for sale. The ability to help prospective buyers envision a life in a property, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, helps him ensure every client selling their property is able to maximize their return.
Graham has lived in 3 of the 4 quadrants of DC; dogs, cats, almost grown children, and a wonderful partner Beth all keep his life interesting; and he is committed to principles of social justice and equity in everything he does.
