LIFE ON THE WATER – We love our neighborhood! We are just off of a small creek that flows into the Severn River. Arguably the best boating around, the Severn River shares with us views of stunning homes, relaxing coves, and unbeatable sunsets. Pair that with our quiet cul-de-sac of unique homes and it’s paradise off of the Chesapeake Bay!
DOWNTOWN ANNAPOLIS is full of local restaurants, ice cream shops, and cute boutiques – all with views of the big boats that troll Ego Alley. Ego Alley is small narrow waterway that leads downtown and boats coming down this way are usually only doing so to be seen ?
GO NAVY, BEAT ARMY – We live near the Navy Stadium where you can hear the cannons sounding and the jets roaring over during games. Everyone dons navy blue and gold and roots for the Midshipmen!
COMMISSIONING WEEK is a special time in Annapolis. It honors the First Class Midshipmen once they have completed their 4 years at the Naval Academy. There are a number of events leading up to graduation – one of the most popular being the US Navy Blue Angels! Locals and visitors take to Downtown and to the waters to catch a view of the rehearsals leading up to the big show!
THE CHARMING TOWNS OF THE EASTERN SHORE are just a short drive away! Explore St Michaels, Easton, Cambridge, Rock Hall, Chesapeake Beach, and more!
CRAB CAKES – Everyone claims they have the best crab cake in town. That’s what everyone that visits Annapolis wants, right? In that case – here’s a shameless plug for Boatyard Bar & Grill in Eastport. Just a short walk across the Spa Creek bridge (or a water taxi ride) from Downtown and you’re set up to enjoy the best “all killer, no filler” crab cake in town.
