Kimberly Casey began a Developer Roundtable with a vision to make a difference in the DC real estate market and urban infrastructure areas. These roundtables have become an excellent resource, and discipline, to all companies involved, including sharing positives and negatives from their experiences and within the industry. We attempt to combine sophisticated elements of real estate development from construction, to financing, to even staging & best practices.
The roundtable strives to continue its reputation by expanding to architects and interior designers around the DMV. Once a month, we gather in our Washington Fine Properties Logan Circle office for discussion, updates, and special guest speakers to benefit everyone involved.
We are proud to say that we have made introductions to developers, interior designers, bloggers, and architects that have now partnered with each other on different projects throughout Washington, DC.
And we know how to have some fun.
“I have the pleasure of seeing such an array of new and old development that we are able to give professional advice to where the trend/culture is .” – Kimberly Casey
