The 1885 rowhouse at 1322 Vermont Ave. NW in the District sold Monday for $3.9 million. It is the highest residential sale ever in Logan Circle. Ann K. Luskey is the buyer. The sellers’ names were not disclosed.
“The significance of this sale is a huge win for the Logan Circle neighborhood as records continue to get broken as buyers seek a more exciting and central location compared to our western neighborhoods,” said Peter Lane of TTR Sotheby’s who represented the sellers. Susan Koehler, Kimberly Casey of Washington Fine Properties represented the buyer.
