Ryan’s Book, Sell It Like Serhant, gives an inside look at how he made it from a soap opera star to the number one agent in New York City in just ten years.
What Kimberly & Daryl thought was so fascinating is that they share many of the same values and have a similar work ethic as Ryan. They believe that they should always strive to deliver the best to their clients, hustle till they don’t think they can hustle anymore and then step up their game to dig in deeper. Relationships are valued above anything; paired with strong ethics and core values, their clients can’t lose. There also must be a differentiator to stand out in a crowded marketplace. The Kimberly & Daryl team has a marketing platform that rises above others, and they have access to properties Buyers want.
Although they have no aspirations of being on television, this made for a fun evening with Ryan and was a thoughtful business conversation face-to-face with an industry powerhouse.
