This is the time of year where we all reflect on the past year and make plans for the FUTURE. We are more excited than ever for what the future holds and look forward to sharing in it with you in 2023. The real estate market in the DC Region remains strong because there are always people coming and going. Life events happen including marriages, babies and retirement, the job market is robust, and companies continue to attract new talent to our area. We actually do not have enough housing to support the projected population growth.
