Constructed in 1910, making it a longstanding component of the historic Mount Pleasant landscape. The house has been expanded and completely renovated to the highest modern standards and separated into two thoughtfully designed, spacious flats. The interior workings, walls, windows and electrical and mechanical systems of the original house have been removed so that brand new and completed upgraded infrastructure, technology and interior finishes could be installed.
